Welcome to Carats (kinda) Cook, a fanmade cookbook benefiting food education and security!

We are very excited to introduce our pilot volume. Centered around accessible ingredients, pantry-friendly recipes, and good memories, we hope this cookbook is easy to pick up and use.

This zine is pay-what-you-want, meaning that you get to choose how much you want to donate. All donations—after transaction fees—will be sent directly to The Okra Project, our chosen active organization. Until September 30th, 2020, all donations over $5 will receive* a complimentary gift from us, your chefs!

• Cheeky Tip! ($5+) | will receive one random holographic fanart photocard + one kiss-cut sticker sheet of choice.
• Excellent Service! ($17+) | will receive all holographic fanart photocard designs + all kiss-cut sticker sheets.

Additionally, the first 50 people to donate over $5 will also receive a bonus sticker for supporting this volume of the zine.

Due to some wonk with our mailing service (USPS), please allow at least 2 weeks for shipping within the US and at least 1 month for international shipping. We will send you an email when your gift has been mailed!

After September 30th, 2020, we will no longer be sending out gifts for donators of this zine. It can still be donated to, but those donations will be going to the current active organization which may or may not be The Okra Project.

Please keep in mind that this zine is run and operated by a handful of volunteer artists who may have prior obligations before we can get to your gift.
